Senior Salesforce Consultant – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the complete implementation of Salesforce projects and proactively advise clients on enhancing intricate business processes.

• Collaborating with your team, you will introduce customized Salesforce solutions — from requirements analysis and solution design to configuration, implementation, and post-implementation support.

• You will be responsible for organizing and facilitating client workshops (e.g., kick-offs, key-user training sessions).

• As a Salesforce expert, you will participate in pre-sales meetings and deliver engaging demo presentations to assist in securing new projects.

• Depending on your previous experience, you will enhance your expertise during the onboarding phase through certifications in the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other pertinent Salesforce products.

• Based on your interests, you can take on additional responsibilities — whether as a Lead Consultant on projects or as a mentor for junior colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience in consulting and successful software product implementations, preferably Salesforce solutions.

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and related certifications, or a keen willingness to acquire these skills.

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

• A degree in (business) informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.

• A team player with clear, goal-oriented communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.

• An independent working style with a strong customer and solution orientation.

• Proficiency in both German and English.
