This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Propel the sales expansion of Cultures and Enzymes within the Dairy sector across Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.
• Recognize and transform new market opportunities into sustainable revenue growth over the long term.
• Oversee pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
• Utilize expert negotiation skills to formulate effective pricing strategies that provide optimal value for both the company and our esteemed customers.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations and channel partners.
• Organize and coordinate lab and production-scale trials at customer locations, with support from regional Technical Application Specialists.
• Convert customer requirements into customized solutions that yield measurable value and foster customer loyalty.
• Create and implement long-term strategic roadmaps and plans for major accounts and distributors, ensuring alignment with global, regional, and local strategies.
• Track sales performance, forecast accuracy, and resource distribution to maintain alignment with business objectives.
• Pinpoint unmet customer and market demands, proactively generating opportunities to drive pipeline growth and meet targets.
• Collaborate across various functions (supply chain, customer service, marketing) to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Represent IFF H&B at industry events, conferences, and seminars to elevate brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Proficiency in the English language and possession of a valid driving license.
• A professional background in Dairy technology, with substantial practical knowledge and experience regarding Dairy enzymes.
• A customer-centric and open-minded approach.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of another language is desirable).
• An approachable personality with an agile and flexible mindset.
• Ability to translate customer needs into value-adding solutions.
• Results-oriented with the capability to balance both short-term and long-term objectives.
