This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Contribute to revenue enhancement and customer satisfaction by leveraging technical sales expertise.
• Represent a range of Flow Cytometry instruments and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with customers to gain insights into their needs.
• Provide impactful solutions that help customers improve health, cleanliness, and safety.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Offer technical expertise throughout the sales process.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and application support.
• Execute sales strategies and ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Master's degree and 5 years of technical sales experience in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or the life sciences sector.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
• Technical proficiency in Flow Cytometry and its applications.
• Strong knowledge of Capital Equipment purchasing processes.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic planning skills.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% within the designated territory.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Candidate must be located in Spain or Portugal.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential; additional languages are advantageous for international roles.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
