This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and prioritize new client opportunities and sales potential for the workflow within the EFS market, resulting in business growth.
• Coordinate actions to enhance market penetration.
• Support and guide Account Managers and TSS in uncovering new potential opportunities within this market and customer segment to strengthen allegiance and increase sales revenue for Thermo Fisher Scientific.
• Proactively develop and implement sales strategies across the EFS Workflows.
• Convey the voice of the customer to the Business Segment.
• Assist with new Product/Workflow Introduction (NPI) prospects within the territory to boost adoption rates and revenue returns.
• Formulate strategies to meet sales goals and metrics, including developing value propositions.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a scientific or technical field).
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the Environmental & Food Safety or analytical instrumentation markets.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-value customer accounts.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven with a strong passion for science and customer success.
• Comfortable working in a matrix environment and collaborating with global teams.
• Proficient in English and German (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Willing and able to travel up to 80%, including overnight trips.
