This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Efficiently and promptly address customer inquiries, clarify their business challenges, and provide technical evaluations throughout the entire sales process.
• Foster relationships at various levels within customer organizations, establishing robust technical credibility with accounts.
• Prepare and present captivating, focused technical demonstrations.
• Exhibit adequate technical and business acumen to effectively convey a strong value proposition to customers.
• Comprehend the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors and contribute to the formulation of effective strategies to leverage opportunities and mitigate challenges.
• Engage in global meetings to exchange best practices and occasionally assist with technical training.
• Collaborate actively in the upkeep and advancement of demonstration systems and share innovative technical advancements with colleagues.
• A bachelor’s degree in any life science-related field, or four additional years of equivalent proven experience is required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish - additional language skills are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 2 years of technical sales experience, preferably in Laboratory Software Solutions, such as LIMS, ELN, or SDMS, within industries including life science, pharmaceuticals, biotech, environmental, food & beverage, and/or chemicals.
• Experience and expertise in enterprise scientific software demonstrations.
• Understanding of commercial operations within complex sales cycles.
