This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Acquiring new clients: Identify and engage potential partners, transforming contacts into long-term business relationships.
• Providing exceptional service: Act as an expert who assists clients in selecting the appropriate products and services.
• Exploring new markets: Seek new opportunities and expand our presence both domestically and internationally.
• Representing the company: Showcase our solutions at national and international industry trade shows.
• Purchasing and negotiations: Source the best suppliers of raw materials and negotiate favorable contract terms.
• Client communication: Maintain regular contact via email, phone calls, and online tools.
• Progress reporting: Monitor your performance and plans, sharing updates with the team.
• Strong knowledge of household and industrial chemistry along with practical application skills.
• Proficient command of the English language (B2+); knowledge of Italian is an additional advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and remote communication tools.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience combining R&D knowledge with sales results.
• Higher education in biotechnology, chemistry, or related fields.
• Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to thrive in a dynamic, family-like environment.
• Valid category B driving license.
• Work within a cohesive, family-oriented team.
