Technical Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Generate business pipelines in alignment with Country Target objectives.

• Prepare and conduct technical presentations to showcase the unique value and differentiation of Diversey’s Water Solutions and water treatment products/services.

• Collaborate directly with customers on-site, providing dispenser installation, commissioning, equipment maintenance and calibration, as well as conducting water treatment testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Oversee all sales activities, account communications, contracts, order processing, chemical stock management, new business implementation, and follow-up within the assigned Customer Portfolio.

• Engage in problem-solving by conducting system analyses, interpreting data, and delivering written recommendations to optimize customer operations.

• Manage swimming pool and industrial water treatment applications, including routine water testing for cooling water, chilled water, boiler water, RO Plant, and wastewater treatment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in sales, customer service, account management, or team leadership.

• B.Sc. Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field along with relevant experience.

• Mandatory working knowledge of swimming pools, cooling towers, steam boilers, chilled water systems, Reverse Osmosis, and wastewater treatment systems.

• Proven sales and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated aptitude for engaging with clients.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Valid driver’s license is required.
