This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take full ownership of HubSpot from start to finish: implement custom objects, enhance data models, optimize workflows, refine routing logic, centralize access and change requests, consolidate pipelines, unify company-level data, and improve dashboards.
• Lead the adoption, configuration, and data integrity across the GTM tool suite (Gong, ZoomInfo, PandaDoc, Granola AI, Chili Piper, Clay, Accord, Salesforce, FrontSpin, Aircall, Zapier, Artisan, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and routinely assess the stack to ensure efficiency.
• Manage all GTM reporting and handle ad hoc data requests.
• Oversee commission tracking, calculations, and ensure data accuracy throughout the process.
• Develop a system that channels intent and signal data into HubSpot, automatically generating tasks and leads.
• Create a scoring model to identify target accounts, implement tagging and associations, and establish a HubSpot pipeline to monitor progress.
• Integrate product usage data into HubSpot and design a scoring model to prioritize accounts for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Establish and maintain SLAs, enhance stage-conversion tracking, refine the forecasting process, and manage lead routing rules.
• Extensive, hands-on CRM experience: custom objects, data models, workflows, permissions, and related areas.
• Proficient in building and troubleshooting automations and integrations.
• Experience in implementing and retiring tools.
• HubSpot experience is highly advantageous; broader CRM experience is also valued.
• B2 English level or above.
• Preferred: experience in managing reports and implementing new metrics, developing lead or account scoring models, creating commission structures, and a background in B2B SaaS.
