This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and spearhead operational enhancements that assist partners in optimizing their go-to-market segmentation, operations, and various business improvement initiatives that foster and facilitate their growth.

• Evaluate existing data and outline partner workflows across marketing, sales, and service to conduct a gap analysis and prioritize revenue opportunities.

• Guide your partners in our mission to create and execute Go-to-Market strategies with exceptional project management and timely implementation.

• Propel organizational change management by engaging with senior stakeholders and taking ownership of key project deliveries to advance the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in relevant sales and marketing operations roles within high-growth companies OR a minimum of 3 years in a Professional Services delivery role (functional, technical, or project/program management).

• Skilled in leading meetings, steering discussions, communicating effectively, and guiding stakeholders towards decisions.

• Outline partner processes across marketing, sales, and service to perform gap analysis and prioritize revenue opportunities.

• Ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components and methodically work towards solutions.

• Define and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights to formulate and deliver revenue strategies on a silver platter.

• Demonstrated experience in project and organizational management; collaborate with senior stakeholders and take charge of delivering key projects to progress the organization.
