This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and oversee the Gainsight Customer Success environment, encompassing C360, Scorecards, Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, CTAs, and Playbooks;
• Create and execute solutions for Customer Success, from gathering requirements to delivering production-ready outputs;
• Construct and sustain integrations between Gainsight, Salesforce, BigQuery, Segment, and other systems within the GTM ecosystem;
• Design automations utilizing both native platform features and external integration tools like Zapier, in addition to APIs and Webhooks;
• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and availability of data utilized in retention and expansion initiatives;
• Partner with Customer Success, BI, Information Systems, Enablement teams, and vendors to perpetually enhance the solution;
• Discover opportunities to leverage AI in operational workflows to boost productivity while upholding governance and security standards.
• Proven experience in administering Gainsight;
• Proficient hands-on experience with Rules Engine, Journey Orchestrator, C360, Scorecards, CTAs, Playbooks, and Data Designer;
• Experience in establishing integrations between Gainsight and platforms like Salesforce, BigQuery, Segment, etc.;
• Familiarity with APIs, Webhooks, automations, and integration platforms;
• Proficiency in English for engaging with technical documentation and vendor support.
