📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for engineering and data positions, from initiation to completion.

• Establish and sustain robust, effective candidate pipelines across various roles simultaneously.

• Actively and creatively identify candidates to attract top technical talent.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Mercury’s products, engineering hurdles, and team requirements.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding pipeline status, progress, obstacles, and the recruiting timeline.

• Manage the offer strategy and closing process for your searches.

• Provide a candidate experience that is considerate and transparent from the initial contact to the final decision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a technical recruiter working with engineering or data teams.

• Strong sourcing abilities that extend beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.

• A profound curiosity about the products and teams you support, along with a solid understanding of how the roles you fill contribute to overall impact.

• Strong alignment with Mercury’s values and the capability to represent them authentically to candidates and colleagues.

• A passion for building diverse, inclusive, and high-performing teams, leading with deep empathy, kindness, and dedication to your work.
