This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engaging in international IT projects with prominent global pharmaceutical firms.
• Acting as a liaison between client interactions and product development priorities to guarantee consistent delivery of enhanced product value across diverse customer situations.
• Actively participating in the execution and delivery of features outlined in the product roadmap.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement among geographically dispersed architecture, design, and development teams.
• Investigating and introducing top-tier development and delivery methodologies to LeapAnalysis and its clientele.
• Assisting in the breakdown of high-level requirements and visions into actionable implementation strategies.
• Overseeing multi-project management while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality trade-offs.
• Maintaining a multi-project risk register and developing feasible mitigation strategies.
• Fulfill operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees, and following up on work outcomes.
• Coordinate technical release planning in partnership with engineering and product management.
• Create a status and reporting framework that aligns with agile principles and provides insights into progress towards desired business outcomes.
• Deliver executive (internal) and customer (external) status reports on a regular schedule.
• Support development team performance by mentoring and managing employees; planning, monitoring, and evaluating job outcomes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience collaborating with product development teams.
• Proficient in managing product design and implementation backlogs using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong process orientation with a proven ability to oversee multi-functional team workflows.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex projects within budget and scope, as well as to evaluate and address stakeholder expectations.
• Proven ability to provide leadership to generate options, resolve issues, prioritize solutions, select optimal strategies, and implement decisions.
• Experience in developing products based on data, hypotheses, and MVPs by establishing and aligning on clear requirements, working alongside a cross-disciplinary team of software engineers, product managers, designers, and UX researchers.
• Ability to identify timeline risks, escalate when necessary, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Willingness to start the workday at 7:45 a.m. EST.
• Availability to travel internationally to customer and development locations in Europe, the United States, and India.
