This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
• Establish the vision, objectives, and success metrics for managed products and services.
• Conduct and integrate market research, user needs, business requirements, and technical strategies in collaboration with designers, business analysts, and technical leaders.
• Outline project and feature direction, scope, priorities, user stories, and business metrics.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop and launch projects.
• Foster support for product initiatives among internal teams, governmental partners, and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps and incoming tasks in conjunction with project management.
• Represent Nava’s outcome-focused and user-driven methodology in agency and contractor discovery discussions.
• Comprehend and convey the needs of end-users, population segments, and government partners.
• Evaluate product advancement towards business objectives and user requirements, converting data insights into actionable steps.
• Make tactical design and requirement decisions while securing stakeholder support.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Product Manager leading a cross-functional team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in managing and/or launching consumer web applications.
• Capability to develop robust product plans and gain support across teams, government partners, and contractors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical, user experience, and project management considerations.
• Strong inclination towards action and the ability to formulate action plans in uncertain situations.
• Proficiency in executing with incomplete information, exercising product judgment, and bringing order to conflicting needs.
• Skill in defining product objectives and reverse engineering strategies and communications to achieve them.
• Ability to recognize market trends and changes that impact product direction and adjust plans accordingly.
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive attitude.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Capability to meet requirements for relevant government contracts.
• Work authorization that does not necessitate visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• May require a government background check or security clearance based on the contract.
• Must reside in one of the specified states and work from within the contiguous United States.
