Technical Project Manager – Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of Polish STATCOM projects, focusing on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

• Facilitate a seamless transition from project phase to service, ensuring long-term service readiness.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the execution and initial service phases, fostering strong relationships.

• Promote service growth (approximately 35%) by recognizing upsell opportunities such as LTSA, upgrades, and lifecycle solutions.

• Assist with service-related proposals and contract negotiations associated with ongoing projects.

• Collaborate across departments to guarantee successful project delivery and future service growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in electrical engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrated experience in project execution within grid or high-voltage infrastructure.

• Familiarity with service business operations and commercial processes.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.

• Willingness to travel (approximately 30% or more).
