This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more countries.
• Take charge of the technical aspects of Shopify, HubSpot, and their integrations.
• Set up and manage Shopify products, variants, pricing, collections, metafields, applications, checkout configurations, B2B pricing lists, and customer accounts.
• Handle bulk imports and exports of the catalog.
• Diagnose routine Shopify issues and implement minor technical modifications.
• Manage the synchronization of customers, companies, and orders between Shopify and HubSpot.
• Supervise integrations with payment systems, shipping, WhatsApp (Wati), and other tools utilizing apps, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, or similar technologies.
• Administer Shopify Flow and HubSpot Workflows.
• Oversee HubSpot pipelines, deal stages, properties, tags, customer tiers, roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure CRM data quality, including managing duplicates, merges, and maintaining consistent records.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and assess the need for external expertise.
• Identify and liaise with external developers, agencies, freelancers, and technical specialists.
• Gather estimates, implementation plans, and timelines; monitor scope, deadlines, budgets, dependencies, and changes.
• Review, test, formally validate, and accept completed projects before they go live.
• Maintain documentation, access controls, vendor permissions, system performance monitoring, and facilitate technical handovers.
• Report directly to the CEO and manage systems, projects, and technical coordination.
• In the first 90 days: consolidate HubSpot, ensure accurate Shopify-HubSpot records without duplicates, implement market/tier tags and B2B pricing, integrate Wati, audit the catalog, map systems and integrations, establish role-based access, and enhance vendor processes.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience with Shopify, with proven live store examples and detailed contributions.
• Experience integrating Shopify with CRM, ERP, or other third-party systems, with the capability to explain integrations step by step.
• Proficient in reading and making basic edits to Liquid and JSON.
• Knowledge of metafields/metaobjects, Shopify Flow, and the Shopify app ecosystem.
• Strong project and vendor management experience, including technical specifications, estimates, coordination of external developers or agencies, delivery testing, deadlines, budgets, and implementation oversight.
• Practical experience with bulk catalog operations using Matrixify or CSV files.
• Proficient in English (B2+) with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to differentiate between tasks that can be handled independently and those that require specialized external expertise.
• Preferred qualifications: practical HubSpot experience (Sales/Service Hub, pipelines, workflows, permissions); familiarity with Shopify Plus and/or Shopify B2B; experience in regulated or age-restricted e-commerce; experience in multi-market operations (US and EU); proficiency in Russian and/or Spanish.

• Remote, full-time contractor (B2B) agreement.
• Monthly gross salary of €2,500–€3,000.
• 3-month probation period.
• Working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Madrid time, with daily overlap with Spain/CET and teams in the Americas.
