This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead and facilitate the development of Project Charters by collaborating with stakeholders to transform business cases into clearly defined scope, timelines, budgets, and measurable success criteria.
• Oversee the complete delivery of eCommerce technology projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams (including but not limited to engineering, QA, product, UX, and business stakeholders) to promote alignment, manage change, and ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure effective team performance.
• Support Agile adoption by coaching teams and stakeholders on best practices while promoting continuous improvement.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues; eliminate obstacles to maintain delivery momentum.
• Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Track project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as velocity, timelines, and quality, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or similar certification is a plus.
• 4–7 years of experience in project management for software development, ideally in Digital Experience.
• Practical experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, particularly in environments transitioning from traditional methodologies.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, web technologies, APIs, and systems integration.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
