Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Organize meetings, ceremonies, and project logistics to ensure teams remain aligned and effective.

• Record notes, decisions, and action items during both client and internal meetings.

• Timely share updates with stakeholders.

• Track action items, dependencies, and deadlines.

• Follow up with relevant owners to sustain delivery momentum.

• Enhance communication among technical leads, engineers, and client stakeholders.

• Recognize project risks and obstacles, collaborating with the technical team to develop solutions.

• Assist in implementing agile practices, including ceremonies, visual boards, and feedback loops.

• Aid project leaders in executing technical projects and promoting agile methodologies.

• Proven experience working with IT or technology teams within an agile setting.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship-building to influence and drive change.

• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Excellent team player qualities and a proactive approach.

• Agile mindset, with experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities or facilitating agile ceremonies across various teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in managing data or software projects, ideally in analytics, ML/AI, or data engineering domains.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a positive, confident, and resourceful attitude in complex or unforeseen situations.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to comprehend and convey technical challenges and program execution.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Azure is advantageous.

• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or Agile Project Management are a plus.

• Understanding of project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
