Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Organize meetings, ceremonies, and project logistics to ensure teams remain aligned and effective.

• Document notes, decisions, and action items during both client and internal meetings.

• Provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Track action items, dependencies, and deadlines.

• Follow up with relevant parties to sustain delivery momentum.

• Facilitate communication among technical leaders, engineers, and client stakeholders.

• Identify project risks and obstacles, collaborating with the technical team to devise solutions.

• Assist in implementing lightweight agile practices, including ceremonies, visual boards, and feedback loops.

• Aid project leaders in executing technical projects and promoting agile methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with IT or technology teams in an agile setting.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a proven history of cultivating relationships to influence and effect change.

• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Proven attributes of a strong team player with a proactive approach.

• Agile mindset, with experience fulfilling Scrum Master responsibilities or facilitating agile ceremonies across various teams.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at an advanced level.

• Background in managing data or software projects, ideally in analytics, ML/AI, or data engineering fields.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining a positive, confident, and resourceful attitude in complex or unforeseen circumstances.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong technical understanding and capability to convey technical challenges and program execution effectively.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Databricks, AWS, GCP, or Azure is advantageous.

• Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, or Agile Project Management are a plus.

• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
