Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain project plans in accordance with requirements documents for either fixed-cost or progressive projects.

• Oversee scrum teams, fostering effective collaboration and teamwork among members.

• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Adhere to Agile methodologies by organizing daily and weekly meetings.

• Evaluate sprint results and follow up on demonstrations for various stakeholders.

• Ensure optimal resource utilization and appropriate task allocation among team leaders.

• Collaborate with business analysts to create documentation and technical guides for end users.

• Uphold company and project standards in all deliverables.

• Generate status reports and hold regular project status meetings.

• Communicate with other TPMs to guarantee compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 6 years of experience, ideally within the Fintech Industry.

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Agile and Waterfall).

• Strong ability to deliver results and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
