Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee, execute, and manage several simultaneous medium-to-large scale projects.

• Collaborate with distributed project teams situated across various locations and disciplines.

• Work alongside Sales, clients, and project teams to maximize project efficiency.

• Engage with Sales and Technical Leads to grasp project requirements thoroughly.

• Take ownership of project decisions concerning scope, timeline, and budget.

• Inform clients and internal management about project progress through regular meetings and reports.

• Supervise project processes, resources, budgets, and timelines from design and development to implementation.

• Identify gaps in processes and introduce project-level enhancements.

• Manage technical discussions with suppliers.

• Direct high-speed, complex electronic system projects across FPGA/DSP, hardware, embedded software, verification, SI/PI, PCB layout, and mechanical/thermal design fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of pertinent technical industry experience, with at least three (3) years in Project Management.

• A university degree or its equivalent.

• Demonstrated success in managing large projects utilizing project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with project management tracking software, such as Microsoft Project.

• PMP certification is a plus, either completed or in progress.

• An Engineering degree along with prior technical engineering experience is advantageous.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven experience in delivering innovative solutions to project-related challenges.
