Technical Project Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical execution for all new client onboardings, ensuring seamless and timely experiences.

• Implement core services during the launch of new partnerships.

• Secure access to new client services and systems while managing software/platform transitions.

• Keep precise documentation in ConnectWise and ITGlue.

• Oversee the progress of Fleet and OBOF.

• Provide support to onsite technicians for Network Connect clients.

• Carry out technical offboarding for clients that are leaving.

• Assist with Sidekick projects as needed.

• Continuously enhance templates, documentation, and onboarding procedures.

• Archive project materials and verify project closure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT.

• Familiarity with common business technologies.

• Experience in various technical environments.

• Background in different cloud infrastructure components.

• Capability to simplify intricate technical solutions and communicate them effectively to end users.

• C1 level or higher proficiency in English.
