Sandbox Agentic Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle: from prototype creation to production deployment.

• Direct the development of AI agents utilizing contemporary frameworks (vLLM, SGLang).

• Enhance agent performance through effective prompt engineering and fine-tuning.

• Create scalable solutions that effectively balance cost, performance, and security.

• Work collaboratively with teams to innovate enterprise workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying LLM-based agents.

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Understanding of deployment frameworks (vLLM, SGLang, FastAPI).

• Experience with leading LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies for enhancing decision-making, optimizing workflows and processes, improving efficiency, and driving business results.
