Senior Solana Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Solana programs using Rust, leveraging Anchor and/or native frameworks.

• Sustain and enhance M0’s current issuance infrastructure, concentrating on Token-2022 extensions.

• Improve programs for efficient compute unit usage, account size, and transaction packing.

• Engage actively in code and design evaluations.

• Prepare codebases for third-party audits, which includes developing thorough tests, invariants, and fuzz harnesses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• More than 2 years of experience writing production-level code in Rust.

• Demonstrated success in deploying and managing intricate Solana programs in a production environment.

• Solana-native: extensive working knowledge of the account model, rent, transaction limits, versioned transactions, address lookup tables, and more.

• Strong understanding of the SPL Token program, Token-2022, and Associated Token Accounts.

• Practical experience with the wider Solana DeFi ecosystem.

• Familiarity with cross-chain messaging and bridging protocols such as Wormhole NTT, LayerZero, Hyperlane, or Chainlink CCIP.

• Basic knowledge of Solidity and EVM development, sufficient to understand cross-chain message flows and equivalent contract behaviors on both sides.
