• Develop and prioritize customer goals while balancing the availability of internal resources.
• Oversee customer stakeholder expectations regarding project scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Cultivate robust relationships with key customer stakeholders throughout their journey.
• Utilize existing processes and tools to ensure efficient and effective project implementations.
• Guarantee that customer initiatives are completed on schedule and meet their expectations.
• Identify and highlight roadblocks or delays to the internal team.
• Evaluate historical trends to uncover opportunities for improving project delivery.
• Employ project management best practices to maintain initiative alignment and keep stakeholders updated.
• Engage in proactive and professional communication with customers at each project milestone.
• Assist the Platform Product Manager in testing platform features and provide technical insights to the Engineering team.
• Coordinate testing phases with Operations: create testing plans, ensure access to necessary data/tools, and document all feedback.
• Lead feedback review sessions with myself and Engineering to aid in prioritization decisions. Monitor issues until resolved.
• Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Operations, and other teams for tactical execution.
• Follow up on dependencies and blockers to alleviate the need for constant chasing.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with outstanding time management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity or experience with Jira, Confluence, project management, and AI tools.
