This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate within the program management office to manage various stakeholders and the interdependencies of project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with a geographically diverse project team, which includes subcontractors, subject matter experts, and client representatives.
• Work semi-independently with project stakeholders to address intricate project scheduling challenges.
• Show commitment to the project team by actively seeking out tasks and engaging with teammates.
• Exhibit knowledge and experience in requirements breakdown and systems integration.
• Assist with consulting projects and initiatives, such as automating team infrastructure.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of strategies and plans, developing project deliverables, performing analyses, and responding to client inquiries.
• Support project management and scheduling operations.
• Bachelor’s degree with zero to two years of experience in one or more areas: project management, project scheduling, business process improvement, business consulting, or continuous improvement.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft products, including Power Apps, Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Must possess soft skills such as relationship building, influencing others, emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Must align personal objectives with team goals, creating a personal brand that enhances the team's effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven success in a fast-paced, autonomous, and collaborative virtual work environment.
• Ability to excel in various ambiguous situations; proactively exceed client expectations.
• Capacity to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and the ability to operate within project constraints.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
• Strong business acumen.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder); if a Green Card holder, must have lived in the US for the past five years and must not have traveled outside the US for a total of six months during that period.
