Technical Program Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assisting cross-functional teams and offering subject matter expertise in the planning and execution of various projects and programs.

• Promoting effective communication and ensuring thorough documentation is maintained.

• Providing updates on program status, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity, identifying process dependencies, and tracking success metrics for senior internal stakeholders.

• Regularly engaging with key collaborators, effectively sharing progress to assess and pinpoint business risks, comprehend priorities, and propose viable solutions.

• Implementing best-practice guidelines to drive and influence continuous improvements within processes.

• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with internal engineering teams, concentrating on server hardware components.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess technical expertise within the software domain (experience with GPUs and smartNICs / DPUsAI is advantageous).

• Exhibit substantial experience in program or project management within a cross-functional and technical team environment.

• Show proficient experience in managing the software project cycle and in overseeing agile work processes.

• Have strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment, showcasing analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and effective decision-making.

• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and a strong desire to participate in diverse, creative, and innovative projects.

• Be enthusiastic about collaborating with senior decision-makers, engaging in meaningful discussions regarding technical and business strategy within a structured, continuous environment.
