Senior Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.

• Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams.

• Analyze existing data using business tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

• Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.

• Build and customize PowerApps to optimize workflows and enhance user experience.

• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive data solutions.

• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

• Effectively communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.

• Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling, flows).

• PowerApps (custom application development).

• Power BI (reporting, dashboards, DAX).

• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced conversational English and Spanish ESSENTIAL (will be evaluated).
