Technical Program Manager, Data Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the operational efficiency of Nebius COLO and BTS locations, ensuring that each facility meets expectations in areas such as power, cooling, space, connectivity, security, and environmental controls.

• Monitor, track, and enforce SLA compliance with landlords and colocation providers; identify any breaches, facilitate remediation, and hold providers accountable for their contractual obligations.

• Oversee and coordinate site maintenance schedules — both preventive and corrective — which includes planning and approving maintenance windows, reviewing Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and minimizing risks to live workloads.

• Organize and lead site audits that encompass compliance, capacity, power/cooling performance, physical security, and safety; ensure findings are addressed and tracked to completion.

• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison with data center landlords and operators, managing the operational relationship, handling escalations, and coordinating on-site activities.

• Collaborate closely with the Nebius IT team on deployments, capacity planning, incident responses, and change management at each site.

• Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into site health, SLA performance, maintenance status, and ongoing risks across the portfolio.

• Lead incident coordination and follow-up after incidents, including conducting root cause analysis and tracking corrective actions with landlords and internal teams.

• Monitor and manage contractual operational responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines across multiple sites and providers simultaneously.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical program management, data center operations, or critical facilities/infrastructure management.

• Proven experience in managing data center infrastructure and operations (power, cooling, space, connectivity) in colocation, build-to-suit, or owned environments.

• Experience in managing third-party vendors, landlords, or service providers in accordance with SLAs and contractual obligations.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple programs, sites, or workstreams simultaneously and lead them to achieve measurable results.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
