Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of technical implementation projects related to Information Security initiatives.

• Collaborate with Product and Technology leadership during planning sessions.

• Create comprehensive work breakdown structures, milestones, and execution strategies.

• Track project advancement and facilitate necessary adjustments.

• Serve as the main point of contact among Architecture, Engineering, and Product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in FinTech or other highly regulated sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with system owners and engineers.

• In-depth technical knowledge in security-related projects.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• PMP or Agile certifications are advantageous.

• Strong capability to influence executive stakeholders.
