Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of hardware integration projects from initial concept to deployment, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Collaborate closely with systems engineers, solution architects, and field teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, integration specifications, and testing protocols.

• Serve as a primary liaison between technical teams and clients, managing expectations, communicating project progress, and proactively addressing any risks or issues.

• Facilitate coordination among engineering, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams throughout the lifecycle of the program.

• Collaborate with OEMs, component suppliers, and service partners to monitor deliverables, validate configurations, and assist in issue resolution.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, track program metrics, and ensure adherence to integration standards and quality controls.

• Contribute to the enhancement of processes and the establishment of best practices in program management and the execution of hardware delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical programs or projects in IT hardware, infrastructure, or system integration environments.

• Proven track record of successfully coordinating complex programs that encompass multiple hardware and infrastructure elements (servers, storage, networking, etc.).

• Strong comprehension of hardware integration processes, validation testing, and release management.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with AHEAD project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce).
