This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• You will take charge of a designated area: games, features, or platform work.
• From the initial discussion regarding a requirement to production, you will oversee the entire process.
• This role is not focused on facilitating meetings; it’s about ensuring engineering teams have a clear pathway to delivery without obstacles.
• You will establish the timeline, monitor it, and communicate any changes proactively before inquiries arise.
• If a blocker is present, you will have already identified it. If a release is not ready, you will communicate that clearly and promptly.
• You will analyze the workflow in your area and resolve any issues that arise.
• You will design effective solutions, iterate on them, and enhance them continuously over time.
• Quality assurance is part of your responsibilities; it is not solely the concern of QA or the tech lead.
• You will be accountable for release readiness: ensuring it is tested, documented, and that operational risks are understood.
• You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams, keeping them aligned, and report directly to the VP of Delivery.
• A minimum of 3 years in engineering delivery, software delivery leadership, or a comparable role where you were responsible for outcomes rather than just processes.
• You identify issues early on, not by luck but by knowing which signals to observe.
• You have experience collaborating across engineering, product, and QA, and understand how to keep them moving in sync.
• Strong communication skills - you can provide a clear and honest delivery update to a VP without the need for a slide deck.
• You prioritize quality beyond just closing tickets; release readiness, testing coverage, and operational risks are naturally part of your considerations.
• You have a genuine interest in the product being delivered, rather than solely focusing on the related processes.
• Nice to have: Experience in iGaming, gaming, or another regulated product environment.
• Nice to have: Background in a B2B or multi-operator delivery model.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with incident management and post-mortem analyses.
• Nice to have: Experience working with external studios or third-party development partners.
• Nice to have: Understanding of OKR-based planning and its connection to the delivery cadence.
• Nice to have: Proficiency with Jira or similar tools, including configuration, not just usage.
• Real ownership and a direct impact - you will witness the outcomes of your decisions in production.
• Direct collaboration with the VP of Delivery in a team that is being deliberately constructed.
• Opportunity to design and enhance delivery processes rather than merely executing someone else's playbook.
• A dynamic product environment where delivery quality is taken seriously.
• Competitive Salary: We provide a competitive salary, subject to annual performance evaluations.
• Quarterly Bonuses: Benefit from a transparent and systematic quarterly bonus structure.
• Unlimited Paid Vacation: Enjoy unlimited paid vacation leave, inclusive of Ukrainian bank holidays.
• Unlimited Paid Sick Leave: Take unlimited paid sick leave as needed.
• Flexible Schedule: We offer a flexible work schedule to suit your needs.
• Remote Work: Choose the option to work remotely, providing greater flexibility and comfort.
• Medical Insurance: Comprehensive medical insurance coverage for you and a significant other.
• Financial Support for Life Events: Financial assistance is available during significant life events.
• Professional Development: Reimbursement for professional development courses and training is provided.
• International Exposure: Attend industry expos, team gatherings, and global meet-ups.
