Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and execute intricate, multi-team technology programs from the planning phase to launch.

• Develop comprehensive program plans that outline goals, milestones, value slicing, roadmaps, and critical paths.

• Proactively manage dependencies between teams, risks, and integration boundaries.

• Convert business and technical objectives into a clear scope and measurable outcomes.

• Establish and monitor program KPIs to ensure that delivery generates business value.

• Lead RAID reviews, readiness assessments, and rollout evaluations.

• Oversee non-functional requirements such as SLA/SLO, security, and operability.

• Systematize the use of AI in program execution, including scenario generation, readiness testing, metrics validation, and reporting.

• Implement governance frameworks like steering committees and decision reviews.

• Clearly communicate with engineering, product, design, operations, and senior leadership teams.

• Mentor Associate TPMs and contribute to the establishment of team standards and playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technology program or project management.

• Demonstrated success in delivering multi-team programs from start to finish.

• Strong comprehension of software delivery, integrations, and system dependencies.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

• Ability to influence others without direct authority and manage conflicting priorities.

• Data-driven approach complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in both English and Polish.

• Technical expertise in Agile, Kanban, Lean methodologies, as well as tools like JIRA, Confluence, and M365.

• Basic querying skills in SQL/PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and security fundamentals such as VPN and SSL.

• Understanding of system architecture and non-functional requirements.

• Capability to develop delivery plans, risk registers, and initiative roadmaps.
