This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of the entire lifecycle of research programs, from initial scoping and planning to execution and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with the research team to transform intricate research goals into practical plans.
• Establish a "just enough" process by facilitating stand-ups, retrospectives, and any other activities necessary to enable the team to operate swiftly without bureaucratic hindrances.
• Monitor dependencies within the team, covering aspects from data needs to compute resource distribution.
• As an early member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our internal tools, documentation standards, and collaborative practices as we expand.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical project or program management position, or a background in software engineering or data science with an interest in transitioning to a leadership role.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adaptable when data evolves, and eager to assist with whatever the team requires.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• A proactive approach to enhancing technical skills and staying updated with emerging AI tools and technologies.
