Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will accompany and manage technically complex initiatives within the comrce group.

• You will actively contribute to the consolidation and modularization of our tool and interface landscape.

• You will bring your technical perspective into backlog management in GitLab and coordinate technical milestones.

• You are the central sparring partner for Development, Product & Growth, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.

• You will support the expansion of Co-Pilot and AI functionalities in the comrce ecosystem from a technical standpoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Senior Software Engineer with a focus on coordination.

• Experience with GitLab or similar tools.

• Solid understanding of API architectures, OAuth flows, plugin systems, integration architectures, cloud infrastructure, DevOps principles, microservices, and modern web architectures.

• Ability to understand, evaluate, and translate technical contexts into concrete requirements.

• Capability to identify technical dependencies and find pragmatic solutions.

• Interest in current developments in the SaaS and AI fields, along with experience in integrating AI technologies.

• Proficiency in communication in both German and English.
