This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Act as the strategic leader for essential platform evolution projects.
• Spearhead the cross-functional initiative to modularize monolithic components while minimizing disruption to ongoing feature development.
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure and Architecture teams to implement stack modernization initiatives, such as workflow orchestration and caching layers.
• Convert complex, ambiguous infrastructure objectives into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage the program lifecycle from Strategy Inception to Production Launch, ensuring that technical debt is addressed alongside new platform capabilities while overseeing phased rollouts and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate efforts specifically aimed at enhancing platform throughput and reliability for our largest enterprise clients.
• Take full ownership of program outcomes with an unwavering commitment to resolve obstacles, facilitate communication, and advance projects from concept to implementation without waiting for authorization or guidance.
• Make informed decisions and adjust course as necessary to guarantee quality and efficiency.
• Create and disseminate comprehensive status updates, risk assessments, and KPIs to give PED leadership a clear understanding of infrastructure health and program momentum.
• Proactively identify and address dependencies among delivery teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and key liaison between backend engineering teams, product engineering teams, and non-technical stakeholders in Customer Support.
• Recognize misalignment or ambiguity in requirements across engineering teams and drive towards a definitive resolution.
• Ensure Customer Support teams are fully equipped and prepared for changes that impact customers.
• Continuously seek opportunities to "automate the mundane" to lessen manual overhead for both yourself and the engineering teams you support.
• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on Infrastructure, Platform, or Cloud Engineering programs.
• Strong comprehension of distributed systems, enterprise SaaS, and cloud-native technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs that span across more than 2 engineering pods and various non-engineering departments, including Sales, Support, and Marketing.
• Proactive in utilizing AI or automation tools (such as LLMs for documentation synthesis and automated reporting) to speed up delivery and enhance efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a proven track record of adapting approaches and adopting new methods or internal tools as organizational scale and technical landscapes change.
• Comfortable making decisions when teams encounter obstacles.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
