
Technical Program Manager β AI & Data Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of program delivery for significant AI Platform and Data Systems projects, overseeing everything from initiation to completion β encompassing scope definition, milestone planning, dependency management, escalation handling, and stakeholder alignment.
β’ Convert vague directives from IT leadership into organized, trackable programs with defined owners and success criteria.
β’ Act as the coordination hub for impactful, cross-functional programs β collaborating closely with engineering leaders and teams to ensure visibility of dependencies and maintain delivery timelines.
β’ Prepare executive-level status reports for AI Data Systems leadership and C-suite stakeholders, guaranteeing transparency and ongoing confidence in program and portfolio health.
β’ Recognize, escalate, and mitigate risks across programs proactively before they affect delivery schedules or stakeholder trust.
β’ Collaborate with technical team leads to grasp delivery capacity, technical dependencies, and sequencing trade-offs.
β’ Leverage AI tools in your program execution β creating streamlined workflows, skills, or automations that enhance the speed and reliability of status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications.
β’ Assist in roadmap planning and resource forecasting at both the program and portfolio levels.
β’ Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives, playing a key role in developing a high-performing, AI-native program management function within the CIO organization.
β’ 3-4 years of experience in program or project management, leading complex, cross-functional technical projects β preferably within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
β’ Proven ability to transform an early-stage concept β where objectives are clear but the pathway is not β into structured delivery with measurable results.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to maintain momentum and drive progress β ensuring programs advance amidst ambiguity and uncertainty.
β’ Established history of managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite communication, with professionalism and accuracy.
β’ Solid experience collaborating with technical team leads in AI, engineering, data, or platform environments β able to engage in technical discussions, ask pertinent questions, and challenge sequencing or assumptions as necessary.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools and a penchant for automation β you instinctively inquire, "how can I utilize AI for this?" and have implemented it to enhance your work, both personally and professionally.
β’ Proficient in project tracking and program management tools (Linear, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, or similar).
β’ Outstanding communicator for both technical and non-technical audiences β adept at written updates, verbal alignment, and executive presentations.
β’ Proven track record of fostering accountability and alignment across teams without formal authority.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
β’ Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
β’ In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
