Technical Program Management Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of high-priority projects endorsed by the CTO.

• Lead the planning, monitoring, and delivery of cross-functional technical initiatives.

• Establish governance frameworks, milestones, KPIs, and reporting systems.

• Identify potential risks and proactively develop strategies for mitigation.

• Manage the program for the internal AI Bootcamp, from employee registration to post-graduation evaluations and effectiveness assessments.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate curriculum delivery.

• Monitor engagement levels, progress, and outcomes.

• Define and report on success metrics, such as adoption rates, skill enhancement, and business impact.

• Design and oversee onboarding programs for new Builder hires.

• Ensure new employees are effectively trained on tools, systems, and development practices.

• Partner with engineering leadership to enhance the onboarding experience and accelerate productivity.

• Assist the CTO in driving transformation initiatives related to software development practices, tools, and processes.

• Promote the adoption of new methodologies and alignment with the engineering mission and vision.

• Coordinate communication, training, and change management efforts across various teams.

• Act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the CTO.

• Prepare executive briefings, updates, and strategic communications.

• Foster alignment among leadership teams and ensure accountability for key decisions.

• Enhance internal processes, cadences, and organizational transparency.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, engineering operations, or global operational leadership focused on achieving business results.

• Experience working in a technical role or collaborating closely with development teams.

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle and engineering workflows.

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs effectively.

• Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Highly organized and metrics-driven with a strong focus on execution discipline.

• Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous environment.

• Capability to take full ownership of programs and deliver results with minimal oversight, demonstrating high accountability.

• Advocate for innovation and leveraging AI to enhance professional potential and business delivery.

• Experience working closely with executive leadership, including CTO and VP of Engineering.

• Background in supporting organizational transformation or change management initiatives.
