Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from initiation and planning through phased implementation, go-live, and post-deployment stabilization, for a global enterprise client's physical security technology ecosystem.

• Create and uphold a comprehensive master program plan that includes timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget monitoring across all active workstreams and geographical deployment stages.

• Sustain a continuous view of program health, proactively identifying interdependencies across workstreams, scope risks, and scheduling conflicts before they impact delivery speed.

• Ensure that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget, with transparent accountability at every level of execution.

• Conduct structured post-mortems and document lessons learned to foster consistent improvement throughout the program and the wider professional services organization.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Junior Project Managers, establishing uniform delivery standards, accountability frameworks, and coaching schedules.

• Eliminate obstacles, manage dependencies, and enhance team performance across all simultaneous delivery activities.

• Serve as the executive-level program liaison for the client, cultivating trusted relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders in operations, IT, facilities, and corporate security functions.

• Facilitate structured governance meetings, including weekly status updates, monthly program health assessments, and quarterly executive presentations, ensuring proactive communication regarding progress, risks, and necessary decisions.

• Drive change management initiatives to promote stakeholder alignment and technology adoption across various locations and regional teams.

• Identify and highlight expansion opportunities within the account and collaborate with Sales to assess commercial growth potential.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive Program Management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology deployment settings.

• Proven experience managing intricate, multi-workstream programs for large enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.

• Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams of Project Managers and cross-functional contributors.

• Strong executive presence with the capability to communicate effectively and drive decisions across all organizational levels, including C-suite.

• Outstanding organizational and prioritization abilities with the capacity to manage a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple time zones and regions.

• Experience in managing program-level budgets, financials, and resource forecasting.

• High proficiency with Salesforce and project/program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).

• Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while remaining aligned with organizational objectives.
