This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +17 more states.
• Take ownership of and continuously refine the PMO’s primary project intake processes, managing a variety of incoming workflows from business and marketing teams while ensuring each is clearly routed and scoped.
• Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions among competing initiatives, balancing the vision of senior leadership with the constraints of working-level execution and team capacity.
• Identify and apply AI-driven solutions across all PMO-related tasks, including brief writing and review, project roadmapping, prioritization, status tracking, and hand-offs.
• Lead change management and communication efforts as the marketing organization embraces new AI-enabled processes, tools, and methodologies, focusing on driving adoption rather than mere rollout.
• Anticipate cross-functional dependencies and provide transparent status updates on initiatives from working groups to senior leadership, ensuring timely and on-scope delivery.
• Establish and monitor program KPIs, milestones, and success metrics, including two-sided SLAs between strategy and execution teams, offering clear and actionable reporting to leadership.
• Contribute to the Project Management Center of Excellence and spearhead retrospectives by developing playbooks, best practices, and enhancements that link our “Always On” model to annual planning, thereby boosting overall marketing efficiency.
• Over 7 years of experience in Program and Project Management, including a background in program management within a marketing organization and a proven track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional teams.
• An integrative thinker with a sense of ownership who evolves ideas and processes over time rather than merely maintaining the status quo.
• Decisive yet nuanced in making prioritization and trade-off decisions, comfortable defending choices in ambiguous situations.
• Exhibits AI-first thinking with a proven history of successfully implementing AI-driven solutions to automate or enhance processes and workflows.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, able to bring structure to ambiguous challenges within a complex organization.
• An outstanding communicator and facilitator who can distill complex information into clear narratives, demonstrating proven expertise in organizational change management.
