This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key JCI Equipment Agent stakeholders, identifying avenues to improve field productivity within the Agent channel.
• Create and sustain role clarity documentation, playbooks, and standardized operating procedures to guarantee uniformity across all regions.
• Establish and execute a systematic framework for onboarding and offboarding Equipment Agent partners.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to verify Agent user access, ensuring proper system access and data protection.
• Keep an accurate and current database of active Agent users, detailing the tools and resources available to each.
• Work alongside the programs team to oversee and continuously enhance the Agent portal, ensuring content is relevant and easily accessible.
• Organize and conduct training sessions (both virtual and in-person) in collaboration with Local EqNA Leadership and Global Products teams.
• Partner with Learning & Development and program teams to develop customized training solutions for Equipment Agents.
• Engage with EqNA Agent leadership to grasp business needs, prioritize challenges, and implement scalable solutions.
• Evaluate operational capabilities across Agent organizations and local markets, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance Agent productivity.
• Present programs, initiatives, and performance insights to Agent leadership and field teams.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience within the HVAC industry.
• Proven leadership experience, particularly in training, development, or program management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with the capacity to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a background in developing and monitoring performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively in a cross-functional environment.
