This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Perform job analyses to determine the essential competencies and requirements for success in various roles.
• Provide comprehensive program management support throughout the entire assessment lifecycle, from initial intake to implementation and measurement of success.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to create assessments tailored to specific roles.
• Conduct validity, adverse impact, and fairness studies to ensure our programs are legally defensible and equitable.
• Develop scalable solutions for our structured interview and assessment initiatives.
• Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a closely related discipline.
• Over 6 years of practical experience in talent assessment, selection, or a related function within I/O psychology.
• Proven experience in conducting job analyses and developing or validating assessment tools in an organizational context.
• Familiarity with employment testing regulations and fairness standards (EEOC, UGESP, or regional equivalents).
• Practical experience in building AI agents or utilizing AI tools to enhance applied work.
• Experience in managing assessment programs from start to finish within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of HackerRank for technical assessments or Phenom for talent acquisition processes.
• Experience in performing adverse impact analyses and validity studies in real-world settings.
• Proven record of scaling structured interview programs across large or distributed hiring organizations.
• Capability to translate psychometric findings into clear and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
