Technical Product Owner – Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define, communicate, and uphold the product vision, aligning it with the strategic goals of the business.

• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, consistently prioritizing delivered value.

• Create, refine, and prioritize the Product Backlog using advanced techniques (MoSCoW, WSJF, Cost of Delay).

• Ensure that user stories are properly specified, with clear and measurable acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with enterprise web development teams, understanding architecture, APIs, data flows, and technical constraints.

• Lead and maximize the value generated in Agile ceremonies.

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize feedback from business, end users, support, sales, and management.

• Design and maintain an evolving roadmap based on value, adoption metrics, and market feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Owner in multidisciplinary Agile teams.

• Strong technical background in enterprise web application development (architecture, APIs, integrations, data models).

• A genuine Agile mindset, focused on short delivery cycles, continuous learning, and adaptation.
