Technical Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Evaluate necessary changes to systems due to new products and services, and adjust communication processes for Consumer/Business clients.

• Suggest improvements or modifications to current applications or recommend new acquisitions to fulfill business requirements.

• Analyze and assess business solutions by collaborating with vendors, consultants, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Serve as the main liaison between operational representatives and system integrators or solution providers.

• Provide precise, timely, and cost-effective project documentation following established project methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Business analytical skills essential for gathering and developing comprehensive business requirements using Agile methodologies.

• Strong communication abilities (e.g., creating clear and effective business and system requirements documents as well as Use Cases for Customer Communication Engine processes).

• Collaborative team player; capable of facilitating, negotiating, and functioning in a multi-domain team environment; must thrive in a dynamic setting where change is frequent.

• High proficiency in understanding and navigating web-based areas and utilizing cutting-edge tools (Agile tools).

• Familiarity and experience with key technologies related to customer communications (ability to navigate databases, create XML, and understand content development (HTML) along with various communication channels (Email, SMS Push Notifications, etc.)).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude; required to work effectively in a fast-paced iterative environment.

• Proficient problem-solving and negotiation skills for developing solutions, establishing timelines for deliverables, and managing priorities.

• Excellent listening skills—quickly comprehends the needs of internal and external customers and proposes suitable solutions to address those needs.

• Self-motivated and adaptable to change.

• Proficient with Confluence; experience with JIRA is mandatory.

• Bilingual in English and French.

• Knowledge of CCE functionalities.

• Programming knowledge is a valuable asset.

• Previous experience or understanding of the Bell systems environment.
