This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Define and articulate the product vision for digital platforms.
• Develop and sustain product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Convert business requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Manage backlog prioritization based on value, risk, and dependencies.
• Ensure preparedness with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Lead the delivery of websites, portals, and DXP platforms.
• Synchronize UX/UI, content, and technical requirements.
• Guarantee adherence to usability, accessibility, and engagement standards.
• Assist in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure smooth delivery.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Oversee dependencies across UX, development, QA, DevOps, and integrations.
• Establish acceptance criteria and verify delivery.
• Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and release readiness.
• Enhance backlog quality and delivery practices.
• Utilize metrics and feedback to improve product performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BIS, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• CSPO / CSM certifications are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
