Technical Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Define and shape the product vision in collaboration with client stakeholders and the Product Owner.

• Take ownership of the product backlog, prioritizing based on user value, business impact, and feasibility.

• Assess each feature from the perspective of the end-user, working closely with the UX designer and engineering team.

• Facilitate Agile methodologies to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.

• Oversee release management and change processes within production environments.

• Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, bridging the gap between engineering details and product strategy.

• Deprioritize initiatives of low value to maintain the team's focus.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably as a Technical Product Manager.

• Strong technical background, with the capability to engage in discussions about architecture, APIs, and engineering trade-offs.

• Demonstrated skills in backlog management, roadmapping, and prioritization.

• Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban / Lean / XP).

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

• Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.

• Coding skills (Python, SQL) for tasks like prototyping, scripting, or data analysis.

• Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs, Copilot) in the product development process.

• Background in scaling teams or delivering complex, regulated, or safety-critical systems.

• Knowledge of cloud environments (GCP).
