• Become a member of the team responsible for CreatorIQ’s reporting product suite, which includes Campaign Reporting, Enterprise Dashboard, and Competitive Reporting, aimed at assisting customers in analyzing and enhancing their influencer marketing strategies.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle for the Campaign and Program Reporting portfolio, from initial discovery to delivery and subsequent iterations.
• Play a vital role in creating a customer-focused, data-driven product roadmap that aligns with company goals and measurable business results.
• Work collaboratively with data-oriented stakeholders to merge complex, large-scale data sources within the ecosystem, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of reporting capabilities across the CreatorIQ platform.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of reporting tools.
• Partner closely with engineering and design teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to guide product strategy and roadmap development.
• Share product updates and insights with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment and clear communication of the product vision and objectives.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical product role.
• A background in data science, analytics, or software engineering.
• Strong comprehension of data analytics and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or custom reporting engines.
• Proven knowledge of SQL or other query languages; understanding ETL processes is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on APIs, data pipelines, or backend systems.
• Proficient in handling large datasets and merging various data sources.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills to promote data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products on schedule and within scope.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience using at least one OLAP-specific engine or analytical data warehouse technology (such as Apache Druid, ClickHouse, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake) to develop scalable reporting solutions.
