This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Strategic Bridging: You will translate the CPO's vision into actionable roadmaps and scalable features for the development team.
• Backlog & Delivery: You will manage the backlog daily, ensuring sensible prioritization for both business needs and technical integrity.
• Enterprise Release: You will plan releases in an on-prem environment, where backward compatibility is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Team Orchestration: You will coordinate the work of developers and designers, overseeing every phase from refinement to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Enablement: You will keep documentation, training, support, and QA aligned with each product increment.
• Data-Driven Insight: You will gather metrics and feedback from the community to propose ongoing improvements to the process and product.
• Technical Background: You have a background as a developer (Full-stack or Backend) and can read code. You are familiar with microservices, API architectures, and are comfortable in a Linux environment.
• Enterprise Experience: You have previously managed products with on-prem deployment and understand the complexities of releases in regulated contexts.
• Product Mastery: You are proficient in prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW) and have actively facilitated Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Toolkit: Daily use of Jira, Confluence, and Miro. Familiarity with Posthog is a plus.
• Languages: English at a C1 level (essential for handling international calls and technical documentation).
• Education: A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or, alternatively, at least 5 years of documented experience in the role.
• Soft Skills & Mindset: Strong communication, operational leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Contract: Permanent employment.
• Salary: Range of €45,000 - €50,000, commensurate with experience.
