Technical Product Manager – Operations Automation, Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Document and evaluate the complete payment and settlement processes.

• Establish functional specifications for clearing and reconciliation systems.

• Work in partnership with developers and QA to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.

• Perform acceptance testing alongside operations and finance teams.

• Create and present demonstrations of new solutions or improvements.

• Offer continuous support and development for implemented solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical PM in the fintech sector (preferably in payments), banking, or enterprise automation.

• Familiarity with payment systems such as SWIFT, ISO20022, RTGS, and clearinghouses.

• Knowledge of reconciliation, settlement, and accounting posting procedures.

• Understanding of banking core systems and the transaction lifecycle.

• Experience with operational workflows, regulatory standards, and compliance is highly advantageous.
