This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Take ownership of and oversee the product roadmap and backlog.

• Convert business objectives into well-structured, implementation-ready product requirements.

• Develop and uphold comprehensive PRDs, specifications, documentation, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure engineering teams possess complete and clear context prior to the start of development.

• Collaborate with engineers on estimations, technical discussions, and delivery planning.

• Guide the product through every phase: planning → development → release → support.

• Work in close partnership with design to define and enhance product requirements.

• Minimize ambiguity and proactively pinpoint gaps in requirements or execution strategies.

• Facilitate daily standups and monitor delivery progress.

• Evaluate and either accept or reject delivered work.

• Communicate progress, risks, and delivery updates to stakeholders.

• Track product performance and recommend enhancements.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical PM / Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a technology company.

• Strong background in crafting structured product documentation and requirements.

• Ability to distill complex business needs into clear execution strategies.

• Previous software engineering experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in managing engineering and QA teams.

• Proven experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones.

• Strong proficiency with:

• - JIRA / Asana / similar project management tools.

• - Figma / Notion / Slack.

• - Experience in delivering B2B products.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and ensure predictable delivery.
