This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Contribute to the roadmap for essential platform services, including APIs, data infrastructure, identity, and integration frameworks.
• Transform platform strategy into detailed product requirements and user stories with defined success criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize backlog items, refine specifications, and assist in sprint planning and delivery.
• Ensure that platform capabilities meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Work with product teams across Caseware to identify common capability needs and integration opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and vertical product teams to ensure efficient delivery and adoption of platform services.
• Engage in technical design discussions, clarifying trade-offs and dependencies to keep project execution on schedule.
• Create and maintain documentation, standards, and release notes for shared platform capabilities.
• Track key platform metrics such as performance, reliability, and adoption, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Manage risks and dependencies among teams to ensure high-quality deliverables are achieved.
• Assist with backlog prioritization, dependency tracking, and sprint reviews.
• Contribute to internal enablement resources, including templates, integration guides, and platform release documentation.
• Gain insights and collaborate with senior and principal PMs to enhance your platform product management skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or technical product ownership within SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong grasp of APIs, data integrations, and contemporary cloud-based architectures.
• Proven capability to convert technical concepts into practical product requirements and user benefits.
• Established success in collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical features.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with microservices, API management tools, or developer platforms.
• Familiarity with data infrastructure, identity management, or observability systems.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
